c) Feature Access: Access to basic features only. Advanced features may be restricted or unavailable.

Users on the Community Plan are subject to the following limitations:
 
a) Bandwidth: Limited to 10.000 readers per day.
b) Concurrent Connections: Maximum of 10.000 simultaneous connections.

Users on the Enterprise Plan are subject to the following limitations:
 
a) Bandwidth: Limited to 1.000.000 readers per day.
b) Concurrent Connections: Maximum of 1.000.000 simultaneous connections.

a) Using automated methods or tools to circumvent the usage limits.

b) Sharing accounts or pooling resources with multiple users.

c) Engaging in activities that disrupt the services for other users.

a) Monitoring: Chaember reserves the right to monitor the usage of all users to ensure compliance with this Policy.

b) Excessive Use: If a user's activity is deemed excessive or in violation of this Policy, Chaember may throttle, suspend, or terminate the user's access to the Essential Plan.

c) Notification: Users approaching or exceeding the limits will receive a notification, advising them to either reduce their usage or consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Chaember reserves the right to modify this Fair Use Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through notifications on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are made signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
